ORIENTATION PROGRAM SCRIPT
OPENING
Good day, everyone!
To our dear parents, guardians, students, and faculty members, welcome to our School Online Orientation Program. We are grateful for
your presence today as we begin another exciting academic year together.
This orientation aims to familiarize everyone with our school's philosophy, vision, mission, objectives, core values, academic programs,
co-curricular activities, and important policies that will guide us throughout the school year.
I am Teacher Riza Joanna D. Recalde, and I will be your emcee for today's program.
Before we officially begin our Online Parent Orientation, let us place this gathering in the loving presence of God through an Opening
Prayer, followed by the singing of our School Hymn.
OPENING PRAYER
May I invite everyone to assume a prayerful posture as we listen to our opening prayer.

Heavenly Father,
We thank You for gathering us today for this school orientation. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom as we learn about the plans and
programs for the school year ahead. Bless our school administrators, teachers, parents, and students. Help us work together in unity,
respect, and understanding. May this orientation be productive and meaningful for everyone. We entrust this school year to Your loving
care and ask for Your continued protection and blessings. We pray all these in Your holy name. Amen.

Before we proceed with today's orientation, allow me to briefly share a few reminders to help us maintain an organized and productive
session.

To formally welcome everyone, it is my pleasure to introduce our new School Officer-in-charge sir David Joshua Imperial, who will
deliver the Welcome Remarks.

A strong educational institution is guided by clear principles and values. To help us understand the foundation of our school, we will
now hear the presentation of our School Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Core Values.

ACADEMIC POLICIES AND GRADING SYSTEM
Academic excellence is guided by clear policies and fair assessment practices. Understanding our Academic Policies and Grading
System helps ensure that students, parents, and teachers work together toward achieving educational success.
To discuss our Academic Policies and Grading System, let us welcome Teacher Alelie Lai Laylo.
Thank you, Teacher Lai, for clearly explaining our academic policies, grading procedures, and assessment guidelines. We appreciate
your efforts in helping our parents and guardians better understand how we support and monitor our students' academic progress.
IMPORTANT PROVISIONS OF THE STUDENT HANDBOOK
To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment, it is important for all students and parents to be familiar with the
policies and guidelines outlined in our Student Handbook.
To discuss these important provisions, may we invite Teacher Joseph Indic.

year.

We have now reached the final part of our orientation. Before we officially conclude, we will have a brief Question and Answer portion to

This is an opportunity for parents and students to seek clarification regarding the topics discussed during today's orientation.
