Subject: Complaint of Harassment and Request for Investigation Against the Principal of Iqra
Bhansingabad Boys High School, Mirpurkhas

Respected Sir,

I respectfully submit this application to bring to your kind notice that I am being continuously
harassed by the Principal of Iqra Banseria Boys High School for raising my voice against illegal
activities taking place within the school.

I had pointed out serious concerns regarding unlawful practices, including the collection of money
from students and teachers, as well as other irregular and illegal activities within the school.
However, instead of addressing these issues, the Principal has started harassing me.

After I raised these concerns, I was threatened with termination from my job. Moreover, explanation
letters have been issued to me twice without any valid reason, clearly as a pressure tactic to silence
me.

A formal meeting was also held in the Principal’s office where all teachers were present. During the
meeting, the Principal mentioned my name and accused me of making allegations that he takes
money from teachers and students. Despite the presence of all staff members, no one spoke up
due to fear. I clearly stated that it is unacceptable for a Principal to be involved in illegal activities
and to pressure others into participating in such practices.

Since then, I have been under continuous pressure and harassment. These actions appear to be an
attempt to intimidate me and force me into silence or to compel me to become part of these
unlawful financial practices.

I humbly request you to kindly conduct a fair and thorough investigation into this matter. I also
request that I be provided protection from further harassment and any unjust action against me.

Your support in this matter will not only help me but will also protect other teachers and students
from exploitation.

I shall be very grateful for your prompt action.
