Taunggyi is the best place to travel in winter. It is one of the most enjoyable places for traveler in

Myanmar. I went there with friends for camping two years ago. So, I want to recommend to visit there if

you are willing to refresh in your free time.

Taunggyi Hot Air Balloon Festival is the most famous in Myanmar. It is held every year around

November. Over 400 balloons can be launched during festival. This is the most attraction of visitors. For

your safety, fireworks can fall randomly. As I arrive in summer, I don't have the chance to experience

that. If you climb the mountain, it is also famous for View Point. You don't need to worry for

transportation to visit the top of the mountain. There are many transportations who work for their

business.

And most of them are Buddhists. We can see pagodas around the road. And the nationality is

Shan. In Myoma Market, the vibrant markets gather to sell traditional Shan made food and products. You

can try their traditional culture. And you must try Shan state cultural museum. It helps you to understand

the diversity of Shan State. When I try, I love the taste of their traditional food.

There are lots of outdoor cafes, so you will find both modern coffee shops and traditional tea

shops easily. Nowadays, everything is more expensive than the old days. If you don't have to spend

money, it is for warning. But price is reasonable for a city and there's a great variety of place to visit

around the city. As there are also come interesting exhibition, you must get the guide when you arrive.

So, you don't miss anything.

I have had the unforgettable memory in this place because it has different viewpoint from the

land. This experience makes me refresh and camping with my friend is meaningful. And I added to this

place for my plan to visit again. Therefore, we can try everyplace for our refreshment in our holidays.
