Step 1: Click Service Request

Step 2: Click Risk Assessment Reporting System (RARS) on the left panel

Step 3: Click Create New Risk Assessment to conduct a risk assessment for a new
project
Step 4: Enter your information

* For Type: if your project is newly approved, select "Create New".

*For Project/Course Leader: Click the magnifier icon to search for your name. For
example, entering *LIAO* will find all names containing LIAO, Entering “Prof. LIAO Jing”
will display your own name.

*After entering your name, you can select your project number.
