Parents' Orientation (SY 2026-2027)

MC 1: Good morning, parents, guardians, faculty, and staff. Welcome to the Parents'
Orientation for the School Year 2026-2027.
MC 2: To ensure the smooth flow of our program, may we kindly request everyone to
please find your comfortable seats and settle in.
I. INTRODUCTION & OPENING PRAYER
MC 1: A pleasant morning to everyone. Welcome to The Cauayan Messiah Christian
School Parents' Orientation for the Academic Year 2026-2027. I am [Name].
MC 2: And I am [Name]. We are pleased to be your masters of ceremonies for today’s
orientation. Today marks the beginning of an important collaboration between the
parents and the school to support the development and academic success of our
students.
MC 1: To formally open this morning's proceedings, may we request everyone to please
stand for our Opening Prayer.
MC 2: To lead us in prayer, let us welcome our School Chaplain, Rev. Levie A. Rupac.

II. WELCOME REMARKS
MC 1: Thank you, Rev. Rupac. Please be seated.
MC 2: To officially welcome us all to this orientation and to share the vision for this
academic year, let us welcome the leader of our high school department.
MC 1: Parents, guardians, and colleagues, let us give a warm welcome to our School
Head for the High School Department, Mr. Raul George Roybin A. Caramat, LPT.
(Welcome Remarks)
MC 2: Thank you, Mr. Caramat, for those welcoming words. We look forward to working
together toward a productive school year.
III. INTERMISSION NUMBER
MC 1: At this juncture, to showcase the talents and school spirit of our students, we will
be treated a special performance.
MC 2: Let us welcome on stage our very own TCMCS Student Dancers. Let's give them
a round of applause.

MC 1: Thank you to our students for that wonderful performance. It is always a pleasure
to see our students active and engaged.
IV. PRESENTATION OF ACADEMIC GUIDELINES
MC 2: Moving forward to the core of today's orientation, establishing a clear
understanding of our academic system is essential for our students' progress.
MC 1: To present the Revised Guidelines on Classroom Assessment, Grading System,
and Awards and Recognition, let us welcome our leader from the elementary
department.
MC 2: Parents, please welcome our School Head for the Elementary Department, Ms.
Biverly C. Gabriel, LPT.
(Presentation of Grading System)
MC 1: Thank you, Ms. Gabriel, for that clear and comprehensive presentation.
V. PRESENTATION OF SCHOOL RULES, FEES, AND CALENDAR
MC 2: To discuss the operational policies, schedules, and administrative guidelines of
our institution, we call back to the stage our high school department head.
MC 1: He will be discussing the School Rules and Regulations, School Tuition Fees,
Revised Guidelines on the Suspension of Classes, and the official School Calendar for
SY 2026-2027.
MC 2: Let us welcome back, Mr. Raul George Roybin A. Caramat, LPT.

MC 1: Thank you very much, Mr. Caramat. These policies help us maintain a safe,
orderly, and structured environment for our student body.
VI. INTRODUCTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, FACULTY, AND STAFF
MC 2: An effective school year requires the dedicated leadership and effort of our
administration and personnel. This morning, we are proud to introduce the team behind
our school community.
MC 1: Let us begin with the members who provide administrative governance to our
institution. Parents and guests, let us recognize the TCMCS Board of Trustees.

MC 2: To give you the most accurate and definitive answers, we are opening the floor,
and our School Heads, Mr. Caramat and Ms. Gabriel, are here on stage ready to
address all your questions and clarifications.
MC 1: We want to ensure that all your questions and clarifications are fully addressed.

IX. DISMISSAL AND ROOM VISITATION ANNOUNCEMENT

MC 2: This is your opportunity to locate your children's respective classrooms, check
the learning environment, and briefly meet their respective classroom advisers.
MC 1: To guide you, our staff are stationed along the hallways to assist you in finding
the right buildings and rooms.
MC 2: Thank you once again for coming today. We wish everyone a successful and
smooth school year ahead. Please proceed orderly with the classrooms. Have a great
day ahead!
