Brief Group Activity : 10 Marks

You are employed as Business Analyst for a company and you are asked to design a simple BI App for
your company. Develop a prototype of such application. You have to complete following steps:

1. Identify a department for the project. Write a problem statement [5 Marks]


2. Undertake a business requirement analysis w.r.t the department you identified. List all the
requirements for the necessary insights needed by the department [5 Marks]

Deadline: 9/11/2021

Final Deadline: 25/11/2021

Project: 40 Marks

You are employed as Business Analyst for a company and you are asked to design a simple BI App for
your company. Develop a prototype of such application. You have to complete following steps:

1. Identify a department for the project. Write a problem statement [5 Marks]


2. Undertake a business requirement analysis w.r.t the department you identified. List all the
requirements for the necessary insights needed by the department [5 Marks]
3. Identify the raw data needed to develop such insights [5 Marks]
4. Design the system. Prepare a blue print of the model of your system [5 Marks]
5. Develop a prototype of the model [5 Marks]
6. Present a few slides on what you have done [5 Marks]

You are just required to submit at least a 5/6 slides ppt file which includes some screenshots of what
you have done.
