OPENING OF PROGRAM

Good Afternoon, everyone!

To our School Principal, Mrs. Isabelita A. Aclan, our Administrative Officer, Dr. Josephine R. Lasala, our
faculty members, staff, and dear students, a pleasant afternoon to all of you.

Welcome to today's Health Education Seminar organized to provide our learners with valuable
knowledge and awareness on two important aspects of adolescent development—Reproductive
Health and Mental Health.

As young individuals navigating various challenges and opportunities, it is essential that we equip
ourselves with accurate information and practical insights that will help us make informed decisions
and maintain our overall well-being.

Without further ado, let us proceed to our first session.

INTRODUCTION OF FIRST SPEAKER

Our first topic for today is "Reproductive Health: Addressing Teenage Pregnancy."

This session aims to increase awareness among our learners regarding responsible decision-making,
the importance of reproductive health education, and the prevention of teenage pregnancy.

It is my privilege to introduce our first resource speaker.

She is a Development Management Officer IV from the Department of Health Region IV-A, dedicated
to promoting public health programs and empowering communities through health education and
advocacy.

Ladies and gentlemen, let us give a warm round of applause to Ms. Gileen M. Arante

AFTER THE FIRST PRESENTATION

Thank you very much, Ms. Arante, for that informative and insightful discussion on reproductive
health and teenage pregnancy.

Indeed, your presentation has provided our students with important knowledge that will help them
make responsible choices and understand the significance of protecting their health and future.

Let us once again give Ms. Gileen M. Arante a well-deserved round of applause.

INTRODUCTION OF SECOND SPEAKER

For our second session, we will focus on a topic that is equally important to our overall well-being—
Mental Health.

Mental health plays a vital role in how we think, feel, learn, and interact with others. As students face
various academic, social, and personal challenges, understanding mental health becomes essential in
maintaining a balanced and healthy life.

Our next speaker is a dedicated healthcare professional serving as a Human Resource for
Health and Teendig Nurse from the Department of Health.

Her work involves promoting adolescent health and providing guidance and support to young people
in addressing health concerns and fostering positive well-being.

Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming Ms. Mariedy L. Hernandez

our young people become healthier, more resilient, and more informed individuals.
