POSITION DESCRIPTION
Overview:
We are hiring for multiple teams and looking for smart candidates with excellent communication who are
well acquired with algorithms, data structures and problem-solving skills. Candidates should possess strong
analytical abilities and should be open to learning opportunities and new challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Should have know-how of multiple technologies and should be flexible to understand more.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and
client-handling skills to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in teams using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack
and Confluence.
• Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies
such as AI/ML, blockchain, etc. Possess a broad understanding of multiple technologies with the
flexibility to learn and adapt to new ones as required.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong ability to analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges
efficiently.
• Detail-Oriented: Maintain a keen attention to detail to enhance accuracy and work quality.
• Flexible Work Schedule: Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to varying work schedules as needed.
Technical Expectations:
• C# , Apex or Go
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one popular language such as Python, Java, JavaScript,
C++, or Go.
• Data Structures & Algorithms: Strong foundation in arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, hashmaps,
sorting/searching algorithms, dynamic programming, etc.

• Database Management Systems (DBMS): Understanding of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL
(MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs): Knowledge of OOP principles such as encapsulation, inheritance,
polymorphism, and design patterns.
• Web Technologies: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frontend frameworks like
React, Angular, or Vue and backend technologies like [Link], Django, or Spring Boot.
• Linux/Unix Fundamentals: Proficiency in command-line usage, shell scripting, process management,
permissions, networking, and basic system administration.
• Software Testing: Understanding unit testing, integration testing, and tools such as JUnit, Selenium, or Jest.
• Generative AI & Automation: Familiarity with AI-powered code generation and optimization tools such as
GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, and automation frameworks to enhance productivity and efficiency
in software development.
Compensation Details:
• Stipend: INR 21000 for 12 months + Medical insurance of 2.5 LPA + Refreshments
• Salary: Post successful completion of the training, the CTC will be in the range of INR 6-7 LPA
(depending on their performance in the training period)
• Bond: 2 years (applicable from day one)
