Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on
experience in Python-based web development and AI/ML application development. You
will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications while
also building robust backend systems and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python frameworks like
FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

● Build and integrate AI/ML models into web applications using libraries such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

● Work with data pipelines, preprocessing, model training, and deployment workflows.

● Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers to


deliver end-to-end solutions.

● Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

● Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

● Implement unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 2–3 years of experience in Python web development (FastAPI, Flask, Django).

● Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, model development, and integration.

● Experience with machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or


PyTorch.

● Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.

● Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL


databases (MongoDB, etc.).

● Familiarity with Git, Linux, and basic CI/CD practices.


● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment services.

● Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Vue


and Frappe is a plus).

● Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies.

● Knowledge of data engineering or MLOps practices is a plus.
