Speaker: LGBTQIA+ stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer,

intersex, and asexual. The first thing comes on my mind is gender equality.
The culture has become so judgmental and cruel that some persons of the
opposite gender claim to have poor self-esteem. Over the last two decades,
there has been development in the legal environment as well as in the growth
of societal beliefs and attitudes toward an individual's sexuality, gender
identity, and gender expression.

Speaker: According to (Badgett, 2019), the previous study give strong

evidence that LGBT people's human rights are being violated. Also, M.
Tavits and E. Pérez (2019) stated that, this transition is related with people
exhibiting less bias in favor of conventional gender roles and classifications.
However, Except for sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, the
LGBT population is varied in practically every way. Although we occasionally
refer to an LGBT community, we should be more concerned with LGBT
communities. Intersections of sexual orientation and gender identity by
race/ethnicity, gender, financial class, geographic area, and religiosity, among
other factors, are examples of social settings that have an influence on LGBT
lives and health (Meyer, 2016).
