Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM IST – 9:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
QA Engineer – Manual / Functional Testing Engineer and good to have
Automation Testing Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manual / Functional testing and Analyze requirements.
Write test cases, and test plans.
Execute manual / functional testing.
Report and track defects (bugs).
Good to have knowledge on Agile
Automate repetitive test scenarios using Java /Python with Selenium,
Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
API Testing: Postman (Manual), Rest, Rest Asssured / Soap
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
o Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Manual / Functional Testing
and Automation,
o Good to have knowledge on Automation Testing Experience.
Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System
Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and UAT.
• Expertise in test case design, test planning, test execution, defect
tracking, and test reporting.
• Experience in testing AI/ML-based applications, including validation
of AI-generated responses, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Knowledge of prompt testing, response evaluation, hallucination
detection, and edge-case testing for Generative AI applications.
• Experience testing AI integrations with LLMs, chatbots, voice bots, or
AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to validate AI outputs against business requirements and
expected outcomes.
• Understanding of AI model performance metrics, bias detection, and
data quality validation (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI testing tools, automation frameworks, and API
testing for AI services such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Azure AI, or
similar platforms (preferred).
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as
Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Good knowledge of API Testing using Postman, REST APIs, REST
Assured, and SOAP.
• Experience in database testing and writing SQL queries for data
validation.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, HTTP methods,
status codes, and API validations.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright,
Cypress, TestNG, Cucumber, Karate, or similar.
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, C#, or .NET for automation
scripting.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps,
GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Basic understanding of web and mobile application testing.
• Knowledge of debugging techniques and root cause analysis.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional
teams.

Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in the designated evening to
early morning shift (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST).
