Beijing, China’s historic capital, is home to imperial landmarks like the
Forbidden City and the Great Wall. Its bustling streets and ancient

DAY - 1
ARRIVAL IN BEIJING
A Glimpse of Modern Majesty
Our journey through China begins as we depart from Cochin
International Airport, with convenient connections via Singapore.
Upon arriving in Beijing, we will be immediately immersed in the city's
unique blend of ancient tradition and cutting-edge modernity. Our
introduction is a photo stop at the spectacular Beijing National
Stadium, universally known as the Bird's Nest. Marvel at the incredible
lattice structure of this iconic venue, designed for the 2008 Summer
Olympics and inspired by the artistry of Chinese ceramics.
We will then proceed to a local restaurant for dinner. After dinner, you will
be transferred to your hotel to check in for the night.

DAY - 2
BEIJING
The Great Wall and Summer Palace
After our breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to the magnificent Badaling
section of the Great Wall of China. We will take a scenic cable car up to
this world wonder, enjoying breathtaking views of the ancient
fortifications. Following our time on the wall, our journey continues with a
visit to a Jade Factory, where we can observe skilled artisans at work.
Later, we will proceed to the serene Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), a
UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, we will enjoy a tranquil one-way
boat ride across Kunming Lake, admiring iconic sights like the Long
Corridor and the Marble Boat. To conclude our day, we will attend a
mesmerizing Kung Fu Show at Beijing’s Red Theatre. Our day ends with
dinner and an overnight stay in Beijing.

XI’AN
Xi’an, one of China’s oldest cities, is world-famous for the Terracotta
Warriors and its ancient city walls. Once the starting point of the Silk
Road, it preserves centuries of Chinese civilization.

DAY - 3

BEIJING – XI’AN

After a hearty breakfast, we begin our sightseeing with a visit to
Tiananmen Square, the heart of modern China and the largest public
square in the world. Surrounded by imposing landmarks like the Great
Hall of the People and the National Museum of China, this historic site
has witnessed many of the nation’s most significant events. Take a
moment to appreciate the grand scale and symbolic importance of this
iconic space.
Next, step into the magnificent Forbidden City, an awe-inspiring
imperial palace complex that served as the residence of 24 emperors
during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Spanning over 180 acres, the
Forbidden City is a masterpiece of ancient Chinese architecture,
featuring grand courtyards, intricate carvings, and golden-roofed halls.
Explore its highlights, including the Hall of Supreme Harmony, Hall of
Middle Harmony, and Palace of Heavenly Purity, where centuries of
royal history come alive through every gate and corridor.
After lunch, we transfer to the railway station to board the high-speed
bullet train to Xi’an, a journey that offers a glimpse into China’s
advanced technology and scenic countryside. Sit back and enjoy the
smooth, comfortable ride as you travel towards Xi’an, one of China’s
oldest and most culturally rich cities — the starting point of the ancient
Silk Road.
Upon arrival in Xi’an, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Overnight stay in
Xi’an.

Zhangjiajie, known for its towering sandstone pillars, inspired the

XI'AN TO ZHANGJIAJIE
Ancient Wonders to Natural Majesty
Following breakfast, we embark on a journey through time at the
world-renowned Terracotta Warriors Museum, a UNESCO World
Heritage Site that stands as one of archaeology's greatest discoveries.
Here, we'll witness thousands of life-sized clay soldiers, chariots, and
horses arranged in battle formation - each with unique facial features -
created to protect Emperor Qin Shi Huang in the afterlife.
Our exploration of Xi'an's rich heritage continues at the historic Bell and
Drum Tower Square, where we'll admire the magnificent twin towers
that once served as the city's timekeeping center during the Ming
Dynasty. We'll then immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of
Muslim Street, a bustling thoroughfare filled with the aromas of sizzling
street food, colorful traditional lanterns, and unique local handicrafts -
perfect for experiencing the city's living culture and picking up some
souvenirs.
Later, we'll transfer to Xi'an airport for our flight to Zhangjiajie, the
gateway to one of China's most spectacular natural landscapes. Upon
arrival transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay in Zhangjiajie.

ZHANGJIAJIE NATIONAL FOREST PARK


Avatar's Floating Mountains
After breakfast, we'll embark on a full-day adventure through the
breath-taking Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, a UNESCO World
Heritage site. This magnificent park is world-famous for its thousands of
towering quartzite sandstone pillars that rise dramatically from the
misty valleys, creating the otherworldly landscape that inspired the
floating Hallelujah Mountains in the movie Avatar. Our exploration
begins with an exciting ascent of Tianzi Mountain, where we'll
experience a thrilling cable car ride that offers panoramic views of the
park's most spectacular formations. Throughout the day, we'll discover
why this is considered one of China's most photogenic destinations as
we explore various viewing platforms and walkways that showcase the
park's surreal beauty. After a day filled with awe-inspiring scenery, we'll
return to our hotel for a well-deserved overnight stay in Zhangjiajie.

SHANGHAI
Shanghai dazzles with its futuristic skyline, colonial Bund, and vibrant
shopping streets. A true global metropolis, it captures the pulse of
modern China with timeless charm.

ZHANGJIAJIE - SHANGHAI
Mountain Thrills to City Lights
Following breakfast, we'll embark on an exhilarating day featuring two of
Zhangjiajie's most spectacular attractions. Our adventure begins at
Tianmen Mountain, where we'll board one of the world's longest cable
cars for a breathtaking 7.5-kilometer ascent, offering panoramic views
of the mountainous landscape.
At the summit, we'll experience the thrill of walking the Tianmen
Mountain Glass Skywalk, a cliff-hanging walkway. This remarkable
pathway offers unforgettable photo opportunities and an adrenaline
rush we won't soon forget.
Next, we'll continue to the world-renowned Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, an
engineering marvel spanning 430 meters across the canyon.
Suspended 300 meters above the ground, this transparent bridge -
once recognized as the world's highest and longest glass-bottom
bridge - provides stunning views of the dramatic landscape beneath
our feet.
After an exciting day of mountain adventures, we'll enjoy dinner before
transferring to the airport for our flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival in this
vibrant metropolis, we'll be transferred to our hotel for our overnight stay
in Shanghai.

DAY - 7
SHANGHAI HIGHLIGHTS
Modern Marvels & River Views
After breakfast, we will begin our exploration of Shanghai by ascending
the Shanghai Tower, the world's third-tallest building. From its
observation deck, we will be treated to spectacular panoramic views of
the city's iconic skyline, stretching from the historic Bund to the futuristic
Pudong district.
Next, we will experience the city's vibrant shopping culture, starting with
a visit to AP Plaza, a popular market known for its wide array of gifts,
souvenirs, and electronics. We will then take a stroll along the famous
Nanjing Road, a bustling pedestrian mall alive with shops, cafes, and
dazzling light displays.
In the evening, a highlight awaits as we board a Huangpu River Cruise.

SHANGHAI CITY SIGHTSEEING
Culture & Acrobatics
After breakfast, we will begin our day with a visit to the renowned
Shanghai Museum at People's Square. This architectural treasure
houses an impressive collections including ancient bronzes, ceramics,
paintings, and calligraphy, offering us a deep dive into China's profound
history.
We will then continue to the nearby Yu Garden, a 400-year-old
classical Chinese garden that is a masterpiece of Ming Dynasty
landscape design. Here, we can stroll through serene pavilions, admire
intricate rockeries, and cross over beautiful ponds, experiencing a
peaceful oasis in the heart of the bustling city.
In the evening, our trip concludes with a spectacular performance at
the Shanghai Acrobatic Show. We will be amazed by world-class
performers who blend breathtaking gymnastics, incredible balancing
acts, and precise choreography in a dazzling display of skill and artistry.
We will then enjoy a dinner before returning to our hotel for our
overnight stay in Shanghai.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A Passenger below 12 years is considered as a child and above 12 years as an adult.
Check-in time in the hotel is 1400 hours and check-out is 1200 hours.
The visa fee and flight ticket (onward & return) will be non-refundable at any circumstances.
Once an airline ticket is issued, penalty charges will be applicable for a date change.
There are coach restrictions in some cities. In such a situation, the tour manager and the driver will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible.
The registration amount paid at the time of booking is not refundable and interest-free.
No refund can be entertained for any expenses incurred by passengers due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight cancellation, airport closure, delays, accidents of any
nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, visa rejection, visa delay, etc.
The cancellation charge is applicable in case of any passenger with a granted visa, denying to travel or cancelling his/her tour on account of visa rejection caused to their co-passenger or
travel companion since the granting of visa is the sole discretion of the concerned Consulate.
The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this case, the amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full
and no compensation claim will be entertained.
Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change/modify/vary and alter the tour itinerary. In such changes, compensations or claims for refund by the
passengers will not be entertained by the company for limitation and also for the non-availability of certain services with entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping etc. even though
included in the tour itinerary.
For single passengers traveling alone, room sharing is required, either on a twin or triple-sharing basis, depending on availability. If there is no other single passenger to share the room, a
single supplement fee will apply. Passengers opting for double occupancy will receive either a queen-sized bed or two separate beds, subject to availability, as most hotel rooms are
twin-bedded. Triple accommodation is recommended for a maximum of three people per room. Please note, triple rooms are typically no larger than twin rooms, and the third bed is often a
rollaway bed, cot, or sofa bed placed in a twin room.
Children's Accommodation – A child for whom a "without bed" charge has been paid will not be entitled to a separate bed in the hotel. If a "with bed" charge has been paid for the child but
you choose not to use this facility during the tour, no refund will be provided. Should you decide to request an extra bed for a child initially booked on a "without bed" basis, this will be
provided subject to availability, and any additional charges imposed by the hotel will be payable by you directly.
You are responsible for the safety and care of all your baggage, belongings, currency, valuables, documents, and personal effects (collectively referred to as ‘baggage’) throughout the tour.
This includes during airline travel, hotel stays, coach travel, excursions, or any other activities.
If you forget or lose essential travel documents such as your passport, visa, or tickets, you may be compelled to shorten your tour and may incur additional expenses for which you alone
will be responsible. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months from the tour’s return date.
It is your responsibility to promptly provide us with all documents required for your visa application. If urgent visas are needed, any additional visa charges, air freight charges, etc., will
apply. If you are unable to travel on your originally booked tour due to a visa delay, or if an error by the embassy or consulate results in an incorrect visa, you will have the option to
reschedule your tour to a future date or transfer to another tour; however, cancellation charges will apply.
SOMANS shall not be responsible for any errors in the date of Visa granted or delay in granting visa. Generally consulate do not gives any reason for not granting visa and / or with refusal
stamp on passport. SOMANS therefore shall not provide any reason why a person is not granted a visa. Rejection of visa for any reason is sole discretion of concerned embassy / Visa
Facilitate Centre over which SOMANS has no control & SOMANS is not responsible for the same.
Company generally assists in documentation and submission of application for visa by forwarding them to the respective embassies and consulates on the dates as pre-defined by the
concerned authority. The visa fees charged to the guest/s shall be at the rates prevailing as on the date of submission of documents to the Embassy or Consulate.
Guest/s traveling abroad shall take care of not losing passport. Loss of passport on tour involves costs and consequences such as filing FIR, visiting Indian Embassy, getting new passport
or landing certificate, expenses on the stay, food, transportation etc. all of which have to be borne and paid by the concerned guest/s only. Getting the landing certificate or the new
passport is the sole responsibility of guest/s. Tour Leader is not responsible or liable or under obligation, for the loss of passport and consequences thereof.
Visa granting is the sole discretion of the concerned Embassy or Consulate. Visa fees and other expenses like advance for hotel booking, Insurance and ticket charges are not refundable, if
the visa got rejected or delayed. In case the candidates are called for Personal interview, the candidates are required to attend the same before the concerned consulate at their own cost.
Your health is entirely your responsibility. Our tours are suitable for individuals with a reasonable level of fitness. We shall have no liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident,
loss, delay, discomfort, additional expenses, consequential loss or damage, or any kind of theft, however caused.
Walking is part of the guided tour, and you will need to walk to the sights from the bus or coach parking areas during the tour.
No specific time for shopping in any tour unless it is mentioned.
The tariff of the tour quotation is calculated based on the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. SOMANS reserves the right to modify the tariff in the event of any change in the said
rates before the date of departure.
Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding flights at places other than Cochin have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear and pay
any other additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on that account.
Tour cost is based on a minimum of 40 passengers (Adults) travelling together in the group. If there is a drastic fall in the number, then the offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle and other
services may change accordingly and the difference amount has to be borne by the passenger. The company takes care to select hotels and book the same on behalf of tourists at
convenient locations subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in the same hotel, the company has the right to split the accommodation in different hotels.
Air-conditioning, central heating and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factor including weather / climatic conditions, local laws etc.
As a Travel House / Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities provided by
the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control
on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.
In computerized reservation system of Airlines seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same seat provided by Airline.
The guests are requested to collect Air tickets, Visas and other travel documents from the respective offices of Soman’s Leisure tours, only after making the full payment, from where they
have booked their tour. No tickets will be sent by courier.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers.
Soman’s leisure tours India Pvt Ltd will not be held responsibility for the same. There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing’s, flight delay or cancellation of flight etc. not
utilized on the tour.
The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown or irregularity that may occur in carrying out
the tour arrangement. (Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war,
quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers).
Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
Any tour package cancelled under Force majeure situation ie; tour packages cancelled or unable to operate on account of reasons beyond our control (Eg: Pandemic situation), the amount
received from the customers after deducting all expenses which are not recoverable in any manner will be kept in customer credit (Credit Shell) and provide the facility to utilize the same
credit note value towards booking of future tour packages.
Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats, failure to provide meal as required by the guest & quality of meal, loss of baggage, Allotment of seats for group booking etc.
Please carefully check what the tour cost includes and excludes in the tour itinerary.
Please review the terms and conditions carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, risks, and the extent of our liabilities.
The trip cancellation policy covers cancellations only in cases of a medical emergency or death involving the traveler or an immediate family member.
