WORLD HEALTH DAY

Ali: Chaturvedi / Gurjot: cousin google/ Manmeet:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scene: Pappu is lying on the floor doing absolutely nothing—literally staring
at the ceiling]
Chaturvedi:
(gets annoyed) Pappu! What are you doing?

Pappu: (calming tone)

I’m practicing active meditation… through deep floor bonding.

Chaturvedi:
That’s called being lazy! It’s World Health Day—get up!

Pappu:
Why? I read somewhere that thinking about exercise burns 5 calories.

(Enter Dr. Fitwell like he’s on a reality show, with a whistle and sunglasses)

Dr. Fitwell:
Stop right there! Did someone say “burning calories by thinking”? That’s it. You
need emergency motivation therapy.
Pappu:
(still on the floor)
You can motivate me from here. I’m conserving energy. It’s eco-friendly.

(Enter Cousin Google—wacky outfit, holding a phone, speaking confidently but

wrongly)

Cousin Google:
I told you, bro! Health is a scam. One guy drank celery juice and still caught a cold.

Chaturvedi:
Oh please! You’re the one who said, “Sleeping all day boosts memory.”

Cousin Google:
It does! I remember everything I didn’t do today.

Dr. Fitwell:
Pappu, you’ve got two options:
1. Join my 7-step fitness plan
2. Or continue your horizontal lifestyle and become a furniture model.

Pappu:
What’s step 1?

Dr. Fitwell:
Stand up.

Pappu:
Whoa. Let’s not rush things.

Chaturvedi:
What happened to your New Year’s resolution, Pappu?

Pappu:
I changed it. My new goal is to stop setting unrealistic goals.

Cousin Google:
Respect.

Dr. Fitwell:
Listen, it’s World Health Day. Even doing something small helps—stretch, walk,
blink more enthusiastically!

Pappu:
(sits up slowly)
Fine. I’ll walk… to the fridge.

Chaturvedi:
Ugh. At this point, even your Wi-Fi moves more than you.
[Chaturvedi pulls him up with effort. Pappu groans like an 80-year-old]
Pappu:
Okay, okay. I’ll go for a walk. But if I sweat even a little, I’m suing someone.

After 3 months:
Pappu and Fitwell: (jogging and coming on stage)
Google and Chaturvedi:(shocked)

Chaturvedi: Oh teri, pappu! That’s you?

Google: That’s impossible. How did you change yourself. Get me some tips!!

Pappu: I went through a lot of hard time and decided to work on it with the
guidance of Mr Fitwell.

Fitwell: In order to achieve fitness start with exercising, follow a good diet have
determination, rest all will fall under it.

Fitwell: “This World Health Day—don’t wait for motivation. Just start… even if it’s
with one step.
