Last Sunday, my entire family gathered around the kitchen table for our weekly dinner. My
mother cooked a large pot of spaghetti, and the delicious aroma filled the whole house. While
we ate, everyone shared funny stories about their week and laughed together. After we finished
eating, my brother and I washed the dishes while our parents relaxed. It was a wonderful

Yesterday was a wonderful yet busy day. I had so much to do, so I opened my eyes early,
smiled at the sunshine, and prayed. I thanked Allah for His mercy and said, "Alhamdulillah."
While relaxing in bed, I read a few pages of my favorite book. Then, I ate a quick breakfast and
put on my shoes. Suddenly, something got into my eye, so I washed it with water until it felt
much better. Once my eye was clear, I walked to the local community garden, where my friends
and I came together to volunteer. We worked hard for hours; we picked fresh vegetables, filled
baskets to the brim, and shared the extra produce with our neighbors.
Later in the afternoon, the weather turned windy. Children played in the park while a colorful
kite flew high in the sky. Nearby, a little boy tripped over a small branch and cried. Seeing the
boy crying, my friend gave him a tissue to dry his tears. Just after that, my friend saw an injured
bird and caught it gently. We brought the bird to a vet clinic so it could receive special care.
To celebrate our day and the good deeds we had finished, we went home. We bought some
snacks on the way, fried up some delicious chips, and drank our warm tea. We also cut a fresh
loaf of bread to eat. Once we did the dishes together, we sat back with grateful hearts, knowing
that kindness had made it a truly perfect day.
