The Economic and Social Council,
Recognizing the need to promote sustainable economic development in developing countries for
long term global stability,
Concerned that unilateral economic restrictions, political pressure, and barriers to trade may
affect the ability of developing countries to achieve sustainable development,
Concerned with the poverty faced by many economies and developing countries,
Guided by the Sustainable Development Goal 1 of No Poverty,
Recognising Deeply concerned with the goals of SDG 2 - Zero Hunger.. remain unfulfilled in
many regions due to food insecurity, poverty, climate change, and unequal access to resources,
Reaffirming the principles of national sovereignty and equal partnership between states,
Emphasizing the importance of balancing economic growth with sustainability,
Acknowledging the importance of the role of private-public partnership for developement,
Believing that technological advancements play a major role in economies,
Recalling the Sustainable Development Goal 13 of Climate Change,
Recognizing that quality education is a fundamental pillar of sustainable economic growth and
social development,
Recognizing the importance of equitable access to quality education,
Adopting Sustainable Development Goal 8 of Economic Growth,
eeply concerned that deforestation, biodiversity loss, and environmental degradation continue

to hinder the achievement of SDG 15- threatening ecosystems and sustainable development
worldwide,
Recognising that fair trade, regional connectivity, and global partnerships are essential for
achieving SDG 17 and supporting sustainable development in developing countries,
Recalling General Assembly Resolution A/RES/70/1, Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda
for Sustainable Development, which adopted the Sustainable Development Goals,
Recalling also General Assembly Resolution A/RES/69/313, the Addis Ababa Action Agenda, on
financing for development,
Taking note of General Assembly Resolution A/RES/76/258, the Doha Programme of Action for
the Least Developed Countries, which supports nationally led development priorities,
Recognizing the role of science, technology, and innovation cooperation in achieving sustainable
development, as reflected in United Nations discussions on technology facilitation and SDG
implementation,
Affirming the importance of Sustainable Development Goal 9 of Industrialization and
Infrastructure,
Recognising the crisis that has betrothed upon us wherein leaders have been kidnapped and
executed,
Deeply concerned by the displacement of developing nations to Mars without international
discussion resulting in humanitarian, sustainability and economic challenges,
1. Demands that the developing countries are sent back to earth:
a. Calls upon all member states to reject all requests of relocation,
b. Recommends stronger international cooperation that protects the rights of
developing nations,
c. Encourages the United Nations to establish a committee which monitors
impact of this crisis on the population of developing countries,
d. Urges the United States and SpaceX to provide compensation, rehabilitation
………support, and Earth-based development assistance to all affected developing
………countries,
e. Suggest that financial support should be given to all nations that were
affected by this crisis when they get back to Earth;
2. Recommends the establishment of the International Sustainable Development and
Innovation Agency (ISDIA) to:
a. Provide financial assistance and low interest development loans for sustainable
infrastructure projects in developing countries,
b. Ensure affordable access to renewable energy technologies and environmentally
sustainable industrial systems,
c.
d. Coordinate international funding programs between states, international financial
institutions and private sector investors,Establish emergency economic
stabilization funds for developing nations facing financial crises, inflation or
climate related economic disruption,
Promote transparent financial governance through annual audits, accountability
frameworks and anti corruption monitoring systems,
Encourage investment in green economies through grants, climate financing mechanisms,
and sustainable development bonds,
Monitor the implementation and and effectiveness of international sustainability and
financial assistant initiatives;
3. Encourages international cooperation between developed nations to improve access
to finance by:
[Link] microfinance programs for small and medium enterprises,
[Link] financial inclusion in underserved communities,
[Link] digital banking infrastructure,
[Link] inclusive financial systems for rural and marginalized communities;
4. Encourages responsible public-private partnerships in infrastructure, renewable
energy, education, healthcare, logistics, and digital development, under
ECOSOC-supported supervision, by:
a. Requiring governments to appoint a national ministry or authority to monitor projects,
b. submitting short progress reports to ECOSOC every 6–12 months,
c. using public tenders, published contracts, audits, and anti-corruption checks,
d. creating backup plans where governments, development banks, or another approved
investor can step in if private investors withdraw,
[Link] experts and best practices through ECOSOC, UNDP, and regional development
partners,
f. supporting projects through concessional loans and development funding to reduce
pressure on developing countries,
g. ensuring ECOSOC only reviews and advises, while final control stays with national
governments;
5. Urges member states to support the transition towards renewable and sustainable
energy through:

[Link] climate financing,
[Link] infrastructure investment,
[Link] and innovation partnerships;
[Link] ECOSOC to review progress every year through voluntary reports on:

[Link] trained,
[Link] and Medium Enterprises supported,

[Link] transferred,
[Link] completed;
[Link] investment in green job creation and workforce development through:
a. Vocational and technical education,
B. Digital literacy programs,
C. Renewable energy employment initiatives,
D. Entrepreneurship support for small and medium enterprises;
[Link] upon UN bodies, development banks, universities, private companies, and
willing Member States to form a Global Partnership Network for technology sharing,
green investment, project planning, and capacity building:
a. Supporting technology sharing for sustainable and renewable projects,
b. Encouraging cooperation between universities and industries on green research
and innovation;
[Link] the creation of a UN Ethical Space Governance Committee to review the
actions of the United States, SpaceX, and any private actors involved in the Mars
relocation;
10.(UK) Draws Attention to the fact that certain economies prioritize rapid economic
growth without paying attention to the gender inequalities and opportunities for women,
to stop this we must:
a. Encourage equal access to education and equal and fair opportunities for women,
b. Promote policies that encourage fair wages, fair working environments and equal
representation in leadership,
c. Support women led businesses and entrepreneurships through accessible funding
programmes,
d. Strengthen legal protections against workplace discrimination and gender
inequality,
e. Demand member states to integrate gender equality in national economic and
sustainable development strategies;
11. (UK) Emphasizes the importance on achieving Sustainable Development Goal 12 of
…………...Responsible Consumption and Production by encouraging member states to:
a. Promote sustainable industrial practices and environmentally responsible projects,
b. Reduce waste generation through recycle, reuse, and sustainable resource
management activities,
c. Invest in renewable energy and green infrastructure to reduce environmental
degradation caused by various activities,
d. Raise public awareness about sustainable consumption and why it's necessary;
12. Requests all Member States to invest towards achieving Clean Water and Sanitation by:
a. Promoting sustainable and efficient use of water through campaigns,
b. Cooperation between NGOs, private companies and government bodies to
provide technical expertise, employees and equipment necessary to carry out
water conservation projects,
c. Promoting and investing in global research to develop new ways to purify and
conserve water,
d. Improving access to clean drinking water by making filtration systems, wells and
community water stations;
13. Encouraging investment towards SDG Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities:
a. Low-cost urban upgrading through improving existing slums instead of demolishing them
and using community led housing upgrades instead of full government construction,
b. Low-cost waste management through community recycling programs and waste segregation
at household level,
c. Incrementing housing development by using local materials to make manufacturing more
affordable;
14. Encourages Member States to strengthen sustainable development partnerships by:
a. supporting nationally led development plans based on each country’s needs and
priorities,
b. increasing access to development finance through grants, concessional loans, and
responsible investment,
c. promoting technology-sharing and innovation partnerships on mutually agreed terms,
d. improving trade access for developing and least developed countries through fair
market opportunities and export support,
e. providing capacity-building through training, technical experts, and institutional
support,
f. ensuring that all cooperation respects national sovereignty, transparency, and equal
partnership;
[Link] the establishment of a voluntary SDG 17 Partnership Review Platform
under ECOSOC to improve coordination between Member States, UN bodies,
development banks, private sector partners, and civil society, by:
a. sharing successful development projects and best practices between developed and
..developing countries,
b. matching developing countries with suitable partners for finance, technology, trade,
and capacity-building,
c. reviewing partnership progress through voluntary reports submitted by Member
States,
d. ensuring that partnerships remain practical, transparent, and aligned with national
development priorities;
16. Improving school infrastructure by building safe classrooms, sanitation
……………facilities, and access to clean drinking water;
17. Encouraging financial assistance through international bodies such as UNESCO,
the World Bank, regional development banks, voluntary state …………….contributions, and
Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) to support sustainable …………….educational initiatives in
developing nations;
18. Calls for the establishment of marine protected areas and coral‑restoration projects to
……….preserve biodiversity and strengthen ocean ecosystems:
a. Recommends the adoption of sustainable fishing practices, including seasonal
bans, licensing systems, and stronger enforcement against illegal fishing,
b. Supports investment in marine research and innovation to develop eco‑friendly
technologies for ocean conservation and pollution control,
c. Urges collaboration between governments, NGOs, and private sectors to promote
the blue economy and create sustainable livelihoods for coastal communities,
d. Requests the implementation of educational programs that raise awareness about
ocean protection and responsible consumption,
e. Encourages international cooperation in sharing scientific data, marine resources,
and best practices for ocean governance,
f. Calls upon member states to integrate ocean‑based renewable energy and
sustainable aquaculture into national development plans,
g. Promotes the creation of early‑warning systems and disaster‑response frameworks
to protect marine life from oil spills, climate change, and natural hazards,
h. Further invites the formation of a global task force to monitor progress on SDG 14
and ensure accountability through transparent reporting;
19. Urges all Members to work towards SDG Goal 10 reducing inequalities among and
within countries:
a. Narrowing the gap between rich and poor in countries through by improving
minimum wages,
b. Social inclusion through organized events and frameworks against discrimination
in school,
c. Establishing better tax systems by broadening tax base;
20. Calls for international cooperation in innovation and technology transfer to
strengthen research, digital transformation, and industrial modernization across all regions:
a. Supports the development of resilient infrastructure — including transportation networks,
ports, digital connectivity, and energy systems, to ensure equal access and economic
stability,
b. Recommends partnerships between governments, private sectors, and international
organizations to finance sustainable industrial and infrastructure projects transparently
and inclusively,
c. Urges the creation of innovation hubs and education programs that prepare youth for
future industries and technological careers,
d. Requests the implementation of monitoring systems to track industrial pollution,
infrastructure vulnerability, and progress toward sustainability goals,
e. Encourages the integration of climate‑resilient technologies and green manufacturing
practices to align industrial growth with environmental protection,
f. Calls upon member states to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through
access to financing, training, and digital tools to boost innovation and employment,
g. Promotes the expansion of the blue and green economy through innovation in renewable
energy, sustainable manufacturing, and eco‑friendly technologies,
h. Further invites the establishment of a global task force to coordinate industrial
innovation, infrastructure development, and technology sharing among nations;
21. Encouraging sustainable and climate-resilient farming methods to reduce environmental
degradation and improve long-term food production;
22. Providing financial and technical support to small farmers to help improve agricultural
productivity and income stability;
23. Encourages countries to build peaceful communities by supporting dialogue, reducing
violence, and helping people resolve conflicts calmly:
a. Calls for fair and accessible justice systems so everyone is treated equally and can trust
the law,
b. Supports stronger, more transparent institutions that fight corruption and make
governments more accountable to the people,
c. Recommends teaching young people about human rights, respect, and non‑violence so
future generations grow up with stronger values,
d. Urges global cooperation to stop crimes like human trafficking, illegal weapons, and
financial corruption,
e. Requests the use of digital tools to make government services clearer, faster, and more
transparent for citizens,
f. Further invites partnerships between governments, NGOs, and communities to protect
freedoms and strengthen rule of law;
24. Encouraging large-scale afforestation and reforestation programs to restore degraded land
and increase green cover;
25. .Promoting sustainable agricultural and land-use practices to reduce soil degradation and
desertification;
26. Decides to remain actively seized of the matter.
