Python Developer
We’re looking for a curious, motivated Junior Python Developer who wants more than just
a job — you want real-world experience, mentorship, and the chance to build things that
matter.
You’ll work closely with senior developers and product teams to build, improve, and ship
real features. From day one, you’ll contribute to backend systems, APIs, and AI-powered
services, while learning how production-grade software is designed, written, and
maintained.
This role is learning-focused but hands-on. You’ll help develop and maintain backend
services, assist in building AI Agents, and work with modern tools and frameworks — all
under the guidance of experienced developers who won’t let you break production alone.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, CS, IT, or related field
Experience
• 1+ years
• Experience in Vibe Coding
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Native AI
Development Agency, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
• Basic understanding of LangGraph, RAG, embeddings, and APIs
Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and maintenance of backend services and web
applications using Python.
• Implement and update basic REST API endpoints and backend modules to support
product features.
• Collaborate with product, frontend/UI, QA, and senior engineers to deliver features.
• Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following team guidelines.
• Help create and maintain simple tests (e.g. unit tests) to ensure code quality.
• Debug and fix bugs and smaller performance issues with support from senior team
members.
• Support the integration of LLM-powered features and AI Agents into the backend
(you will be trained on this).
• Participate in code reviews, learn from feedback, and improve continuously.
• Keep learning about Python, backend development, and AI tools used in the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience with Python (internship, freelance, or personal projects are
okay).
• Experience in Vibe Coding
• Solid understanding of basic Python: variables, functions, data structures,
modules, and OOP.
• Build and maintain small/medium MCP tools in Python
• Experience with at least one Python web framework (e.g. FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
from projects or tutorials.
• Experience with REST APIs: HTTP methods (GET/POST), JSON, and status codes.
• Familiarity with at least one database: SQLite or PostgreSQL (running simple
queries, basic CRUD).
• Basic knowledge of Git (clone, commit, push, pull, simple branching).
• Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, agents and a strong willingness to learn tools like
LangChain over time.
• Problem-solving mindset, willingness to ask questions, and ability to work in a
team.
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) to discuss tasks and ask for
help.
Preferred / Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
• Project experience calling an LLM API (e.g. OpenAI) or trying LangChain.
• Basic understanding of what embeddings or vector databases are (concept level is
enough).
• Exposure to Docker (e.g. running docker compose up or using a dev container).
• Familiarity with frontend (React/Next or any JS framework) or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience deploying a small project to any platform.
• Awareness of good coding practices (writing readable code, simple error handling,
basic security awareness).
