Guideline for Project Report

You are required to empirically study the project management body of knowledge you are

assigned or a modification of the article review topic you have undertaken in the Ethiopian context

taking a real project as a case study.

The final report is expected to include the following three chapters:

Chapter 1: Introduction

1.1. Background of the study (Serving a literature review also)


1.2. Background of the organization/Project studied

Chapter 2: Analysis of Findings

2.1. Method of data collection (Statement of type and source of data): Use interview results
from three to five informants supported by personal observations and archival
assessment.

2.2. Analysis of the data collected (thematic analysis or simple averages and arithmetic):
Use Descriptive analysis of the data collected above using thematic and content
analysis.

Chapter 3: Conclusions and Recommendation

3.1. Major conclusions

3.2. Recommendations

Chapters 2 and 3 should take more than 50% of the content of the report.
