MEANING OF INNOVATION
 Innovation comes from the Latin word innovare, meaning to renew.
 It means improving or changing something like a product, service, or process.
 It is about using new ideas in a useful way.
 Often called the successful use of ideas in business.
 In business, it means creating new methods, products, or services to increase profit.

TYPES OF INNOVATION
1. Product Innovation – Creating a new or improved product.
(Smartphones with new features, electric cars.)
2. Process Innovation – Improving production or delivery methods.
(Automated manufacturing, online ordering systems.)
3. Service Innovation – Making new or better services.
