Position: Associate Software Development Engineer

Location: Spaze Plazo – Gurgaon

Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our engineering team as Associate Software
Development Engineer. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, solid computer science
fundamentals, and a passion for building scalable software solutions.

As part of the team, you will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software
applications while collaborating with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.


• Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and development practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline from a
premier institute.
• 0–4 years of hands-on development experience (Freshers eligible).
• Strong understanding of:
o Object-Oriented Programming
o Data Structures & Algorithms
o Design Patterns
o Operating Systems
o Complexity Analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong coding skills in at least one programming language:
o Java
o Python
o C++
o Ruby
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control tools.
