SCOPE OF WORK

1 Excavation Excavation soft soil, disposing and leveling as per
the structural drawings and instructions of the Site
Engineer.
2. Stone Soling Providing and laying stone soling minimum 6 inch
thickness as per site condition.
3. PCC 1:4:8 Providing and laying plain concrete cement (PCC
1:4:8) 4 inch thickness as per drawing
4. Foundation Providing and laying RCC footing (Ratio 1:2:4 3000
PSI) thickness as per drawing and instruction of
Engineer
5. Stub column Providing and laying RCC sub column (Ratio 1:2:4
3500 PSI) as per drawing and instruction of
Engineer.
6. Plinth Beams Providing and laying RCC plinth beams, (Ratio 1:2:4
3000 PSI) as per drawing and instruction of Engineer.
7. DPC Providing and laying damp proof course (Ratio 1:2:4)
with polythene and bitumen coating
8. Bitumen Coating Providing and applying hot bitumen on footing, stub
column and plinth beam as per instruction of
Engineer.
9. Super Structure Providing and laying super structure column (Ratio
column 1:2:4 3500 PSI) pouring with starter as per drawing
and instruction of Engineer. (level @ 12’-0”)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All work will be execute as per drawing and instruction of Engineer
Materials to be used SRC cement in foundation and OPC cement will be used in
super structure.
If the Client purchases any materials directly, the cost thereof shall be deducted
from the Contractor’s amount.
The Contractor is responsible for providing skilled labor, tools, machinery, and
supervision.
The Client shall ensure unobstructed site access and timely payments as per the
agreed schedule.
Any variation or additional work beyond this scope shall be mutually agreed
in writing before execution.
Plywood shuttering will be used throughout the project.
3000 PSI will be applied in footing beam and slab
3500 PSI applied in column
The completion of project minimum 4 months if the client follow payment
schedule
