My Daily Routine

■ 5 KEY RULES TO FOLLOW

1. Sleep by 11:15 pm Everything depends on this. More sleep = more energy = everything becomes easier.

2. Bus time = study time One subject only. This removes pressure from your evenings completely.

3. Maghrib is your Right when you get home at 7:20. Make this your first non-negotiable namaz.

4. YouTube = 30 mins Small daily sessions beat one big session. Your channel grows with consistency.

5. No phone slot Family time naturally includes some phone. But it is not a separate activity anymore.

■ WEEK 1 - START WITH JUST THESE 3

■ Sleep by 11:15 pm every night

■ Pray Maghrib as soon as you get home


■ Use bus time for one subject

You are not lazy. You are running on empty with no structure. This routine gives your energy somewhere to go. ■
