Hello, friends!
This is a tutorial on sewing a mouse doll (6")
I hope you enjoy it.
What we need:
Pattern
Fabric (cotton, linen, flannel, velvet) 6"*22" (15*54 cm)
Threads (matching fabric)
Embroidery yarn nose and eyes.
Leather cord or rope for tail (5"/13cm) But it can be also made of fabric (see photo 5-6)
Scissors
Pen or pencil for drawing on fabric (using a disappearing pen or pencil is recommend)
Wooden stick
Straw
Poly fill (stuffing)
Thin pins
Regular sewing needles, long doll needle.
Sewing machine
You should wash and iron your fabric before sewing.
Most natural fabrics shrink when washed.
So, you need to wash your fabric before working with it.

Cut out all paper pattern pieces and needed size of fabric. Pin the fabrics together so they don't shift as you sew.
I took a piece of fabric 6"*22" (15x54 cm) and first I cut off Use very short and tight stitches throughout this project.

like them. Sew the arms to the body, stitching through all layers using a backstitch.
Repeat for durability if you wish. I have stitched twice.
