Build Instructions
Place the right inner frame on a flat surface and insert both 16mm
steel rods (BLUE) into the mounting holes as shown below:

Mount the trigger and plunger sear over the steel rods so that they
pivot around them, then insert the 18mm steel rods (YELLOW) into
the other holes in the trigger and plunger sear as shown below:

Insert the plunger rod into the plunger body and insert the final
18mm steel pin (YELLOW) to fasten them together so that the
plunger rod can articulate up and down within the plunger body:
Place the projectile loader onto the plunger rod as shown below:

Place the plunger assembly and projectile loader into the slot in the
right inner frame as shown below, ensuring that the plunger is seated
towards the rear of the frame:

Combine the magazine catch and magazine release button as shown
below and insert into the magazine catch cavity in the right inner
frame:

Cut the 4mm pen springs to an appropriate length and insert them
into the magazine release mechanism and plunger sear as shown
below:
Make sure everything is seated properly as shown below:

Once everything is seated correctly in place, lower the left inner
frame onto the right inner frame, turn the assembled body over and
secure using 7 of the M3x12mm screws:

Insert the barrel assembly into the front of the frame as show, and
secure using 2 M3x12mm screws (one on each side):

Align the trigger connectors with the 18mm steel pins on the trigger
and plunger sear and press into place, one on each side:

Secure the right and left grip covers in place using 10 (5 each side)
M3x6mm screws:

Use your chosen elastic band so that it hooks over the top of the
plunger body, passes over the top of the barrel assembly and loops
down underneath (I apologise for the bad graphics… Couldn’t think
of how to show it well other than hand drawing it in haha!):

Once the elastic band is in place, attach the slide assembly by sliding
the barrel aperture over the barrel and lowering the rear portion of
the slide assembly into place:

Secure the slide assembly to the projectile loader by aligning the
screw holes and using the 2 remaining M3x6mm screws:
Congratulations! You should
now have a fully functional,
office ready pistol!
