YES Securities - Employee Benefit

Solutions Cold Calling Script

Professional Introduction

Good morning sir/ma'am.

My name is Vanshika Patil and I am calling from YES Securities.

We work with organizations regarding employee benefit solutions such as Group Health
Insurance, Group Term Insurance, Gratuity, NPS, Superannuation, and Employee Financial
Wellness Programs.

Am I speaking at a convenient time for a quick discussion?

Gatekeeper Script:
May I please speak with the HR Manager or the person who handles employee benefits and
employee welfare programs?

If asked what the call is regarding:

We are connecting with organizations regarding employee benefit solutions and employee
welfare programs. I would appreciate a quick conversation with the concerned person.

Discovery Questions:
1. What employee benefit schemes are currently offered?
2. Do you provide Group Health Insurance?
3. Do you provide Group Term Insurance?
4. How do you manage gratuity obligations?
5. Are retirement benefits like NPS offered?
6. What employee retention challenges do you face?

Common Objections:

"We already have benefits."

That's great. Our objective is not to replace existing arrangements but to understand
whether there are opportunities for improvement, optimization, or additional value.

"We are not interested."

I understand. Many organizations initially felt the same, but after a short discussion they
often identified useful improvements. I am only requesting a brief discussion, not any
commitment.

"Send details on email."

Certainly. May I know which employee benefit area is most relevant for your organization
so I can send appropriate information?

Meeting Close:
Would it be possible to schedule a brief 15–20 minute discussion next week?

Professional Closing:
Thank you for your time today. I appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and look
forward to connecting again.
