Powerbuilding Program v5

The 5-week Powerbuilding Program is designed for a 27-year-old active female athlete, focusing on bench and squat strength with a structured 5-day split. Each week progresses through phases of foundation, load and volume, intensification, and peak load, incorporating exercises like bench press, squats, deadlifts, and core work. The program emphasizes CNS holds as neural primers before working sets, with specific percentages of 1RM and RPE targets for each exercise.
