Today is a very special day. It is a day of joy, a day of gratitude, and a day of celebration. For months, we
have walked this journey together—learning, guiding, and growing. Today, we gather not just to end a
program, but to honor the effort, the progress, and the success of every learner who worked hard to
improve their skills in reading, mathematics, and science.

We believe that no learner should be left behind, and today, we proudly see that together, we have
helped everyone move forward.

WELCOME REMARKS

(Delivered by School Head / Coordinator)

Good morning to our beloved School Head, [Name], our dedicated District and Division representatives,
passionate teachers, committed ARAL tutors and volunteers, supportive parents and stakeholders, proud
guests, and most especially, our dear learners—congratulations to all of you!

It is with great joy and pride that I welcome everyone to the Culmination Program of the ARAL Program:
Accessible, Responsive, and Alternative Learning.

Today is not just an ordinary gathering. It is a celebration of effort, progress, and growth. When we
started this program, our goal was clear: to help our learners bridge the gaps in their learning, especially
in reading, numeracy, and basic skills. We wanted to make sure that no child is left behind, and that
every learner gets the chance to catch up, learn, and shine.

For weeks, we have witnessed how our tutors patiently guided our learners. We have seen how our
learners—some who were hesitant or struggling at first—slowly gained confidence, improved their
reading, solved problems with ease, and discovered the joy of learning. Every worksheet answered,
every story read, and every lesson mastered is proof that learning happens when we care and when we
work together.

To our learners: Today, we honor your hard work. You showed us that you are capable, that you are
eager to learn, and that you can improve when you try. Be proud of how far you have come, and keep
that love for learning alive even after this program ends.

To our tutors, volunteers, and teachers: Thank you for your heart for service. You gave your time, your
patience, and your skills, and you became part of every learner’s journey. You are the heart of this
program.

To the parents and partners: Thank you for trusting us and for standing beside us. Education is a shared
responsibility, and your support makes all the difference.

Today, we look back with gratitude, and we look forward with hope. This culmination is not the end—it is
just another milestone in our continuous journey toward quality education for all.

Once again, a warm welcome to everyone. Let us enjoy this celebration, honor every achievement, and
continue to work together so that every Filipino child can read, learn, and succeed.
Thank you and good morning!
