Project Manager
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Project Manager. The responsibilities of
the Project Manager include support the Project Managers and ensuring that our projects are delivered
on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing
the day-to-day activities in the PMO, managing the international and local clients, developing and
implementing project management processes, policies and tools and collaborating with other
department leaders to develop projects and programs.
To be successful as an Project Manager, you should demonstrate strong leadership and communication
skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Project Manager should be well organized and able to work under
pressure.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team leaders and project managers on project-related initiatives, meeting regularly to
review project status, prioritize, setting deadlines, identify issues, work toward resolution, and maintain
project plans
Develop and maintain project cost control plans, including identifying and tracking budget variances, and
assisting with budget development efforts
Oversee and manage client communication, expectation, including writing and disseminating project
communications, conducting regular project status calls and responding to client queries and
communications
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Providing Project Status, client expectation and management report, financial reports and budget
outlines to Executives.
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that teams are carrying out their tasks
efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
Maintain project records, including client and internal meeting minutes, activity reports, and meeting
agendas
Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets,
and meeting deadlines.
Assist with project proposals, requirement analysis, including developing opportunities, developing
presentations
Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the
project's scope, budget, and justification.
Qualification & Skills
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Administration, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification preferred
4+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO management role
Must have Knowledge of international standards and practices.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
