Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer who is proficient in building scalable


applications, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The
ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with
modern
frameworks, and a proactive approach towards product development.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications, services, and integrations.
• Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Work on RESTful API development and integration with internal/external systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver
highquality features.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Implement data-handling logic, automation scripts, and backend workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of code, processes, and system architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask (preferred).
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and web application development.
• Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integration purposes.
• Exposure to machine learning libraries (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow) is a plus.
• Ability to work in agile/scrum environments.
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
