2) What virtues do these 10 strengths represent?

The VIA framework identifies five core virtues which are demonstrated through these ten
character strengths. The virtue of justice establishes a connection between leadership and
teamwork because both traits require individuals to act justly and share the success of their
team. The ability to persist through difficulties shows courage because it demands self-
control and strong dedication to maintain focus during challenging times. Humanity finds
expression through kindness and social intelligence because these traits enable people to
practice empathy and compassion while building strong relationships with others. The
combination of curiosity and creativity leads to wisdom because both traits enable people to
think critically and acquire knowledge while they explore different ways to solve problems.
Hope operates as a transcendent element because it enables people to maintain an optimistic
viewpoint about what lies ahead in their future.

3) How do you feel you actively live these strengths and

virtues?
I believe I actively demonstrate these strengths in both my academic and personal life
through my daily actions and interactions. I demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills in
academic environments through my work with group projects where I organize tasks and
motivate classmates while I assist them in finishing cooperative work. I demonstrate
perseverance by continuing to work toward my goals even when faced with pressure,
challenges, or tight deadlines. I use my curiosity together with my creative abilities to
discover new concepts which enable me to analyze problems better and develop more
efficient solutions. I treat others with kindness and honesty while I show social intelligence
through my ability to speak to people with respect and understand their different viewpoints
while I build strong connections with them. The combination of my self-regulation abilities
and self-discipline skills enables me to handle my time and duties successfully while my hope
helps me remain driven and positive about my self-development and upcoming
accomplishments.
4) How do these strengths show up in how you interact in
groups and organizations?
The strengths I possess create major impacts on my behavior when I participate in group and
organizational environments. My leadership skills enable me to start new projects while
delivering essential guidance to the team which keeps us on track with our planned goals.
Teamwork allows me to work together with others while making fair contributions and
helping to create a collaborative atmosphere. I establish clear communication channels
through my truthful nature and my ability to comprehend social dynamics which allows me to
build trust while understanding the feelings and thoughts of fellow group members. My
ability to show kindness enables me to build relationships based on respect and support which
helps groups become more united. The commitment I show through perseverance leads me to
finish every task while I succeed at dealing with all challenges that emerge during team work.
Through my curiosity and creative abilities I can bring original concepts to the table which
will lead to deeper discussions. My complete set of strengths enables me to become a
trustworthy group member who actively contributes to both team activities and organizational
work.

5) How have you exercised these strengths in the past week?

I have displayed my character strengths through important activities during the past week.
My studies required me to use perseverance together with self-regulation because I needed to
maintain discipline while completing my work and handling my obligations. My participation
in class and group work through active engagement and idea sharing demonstrated my ability
to work together with others while successfully meeting project deadlines. In my interactions
with friends and classmates I showed kindness through active listening and respectful
treatment of others which led to my thoughtful responses throughout our conversations. I
used curiosity to develop more in-depth knowledge of my study subjects while creativity
helped me discover better methods to share my concepts. I maintained a positive outlook
through hope because I believed I would achieve success through my academic progress
despite facing educational challenges.
