Opening Spiel:

A. Good morning, everyone!


My courtesy and respect to our Schools Division Superintendent, Romelito G. Flores, CESO
V, our Public Schools District Supervisor, Lyme S. Arellano and our host principal, Sir Rex A.
Samillano.
It is truly a pleasure to stand before you today as we come together for this special event
the PTAF 2025.

B. Invocation

To start our program, may I request everyone to please stand for our invocation to be led by
Mr. Joel Barade. And please remain standing for the Philippine National Anthem to be by
conducted by Mrs. Aileen Magaso and Libungan Hymn to be conducted by Ms. Grace P.
Jamero.

You may now take your seats.

C. Words of Welcome

Every great event begins with a warm welcome, so may we now call on our very own NCES PTA
President, Mrs. Lenie P. Hervas. Let’s give her a big round of applause.

Thank you, Pres. Hervas, for your inspiring words. May your leadership continue to inspire us
all.

C. Opening Remarks

To officially open our program, we are honored to have with us the Municipal Federation
President, Mr. Saidali Kalipa. Let’s give him a warm round of applause.

Thank you, Mr. Kalipa. Your dedication to our community truly sets the tone for today’s event.

D. Message

We are also privileged to hear an important message from a distinguished guest, our District
Supervisor, Ms. Lyme S. Arellano. Let’s give her a round of applause.

Thank you, Ma’am Lyme, for your meaningful words. Your guidance is truly valuable to us.
E. Community Song
At this juncture, let’s take this moment to come together through music. Let us all join in
singing our Community Song.

H. Surprise Message
Now, for a special part of our program, we have here our very own Municipal Mayor, Hon.
Angel Rose L. Cuan, CE. Let’s welcome her with a big round of applause.

Thank you, Mayor Apol, for your continued support and inspiring words. Your presence means
a lot to us.

F. Community Dance
To wrap up our program on a lively note, May I request everyone to please stand and let’s all
join in the Community Dance, to be led by our NCES PTA Officers.
