Sir,
I am the Advocate in LPA -521/2022 which is listed for
hearing on 19.03.2026.
Sir, I am badly suffering from chest infection. I
remained admitted in Sharda Hospital, Greater Noida
(CGHS) from 24.02.2026.
Considering serious health include included stay in ICU
followed by extensive treatment which still continuing.
I have gone considerably weak and am bedridden due
to present health condition. I have been advised strict
rest and remained confined to home in order to avoid
external exposure which may further deteriorate my
physical condition. I am unable to stand even today.
KIND REQUEST
Adjournment may kindly be given for 19.03.2026 which
is the date when the LPA is coming up as Item No.13.

Adjournment letter has been sent to Court Master and
his head for allowing adjournment on 19.03.2026 as a
case of medical emergency and treated at ICU in
Sharda Medical College, Greater Noida.

the petitioner is in extreme financial condition.
