i After closure of doors of the Examination Hall, entry will not be allowed under any circumstances. The Examination
Hall, referred to above, is a specific room, Hall or Auditorium that contains desks, chairs, invigilators and where
candidates actually sit and take their exam. The Exam Hall must not be confused with Exam Area/ Examination
Compound. The latter refers to a larger zone or premises or overall location where exam is to be conducted. That may
include multiple Examination Hall. The key difference would be that an Examination Hall is a particular room
(micro level) whereas exam area/ compound comprises many halls + corridors + waiting areas + surroundings
(macro level). The candidates are required to report at the Examination Hall according to the timelines given above.
ii If any candidate is found in possession of cell phone, electronic communication device or involved in impersonation
or any misconduct or use of unfair means in the examination hall, shall be disqualified from the instant exam and
permanently debarred from applying in all future examination/ test to be conducted by FPSC. The paper of such
candidate shall be cancelled right away and his CNIC shall be placed on the block list, prohibiting him to apply for any
other post advertised by FPSC.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION IN THE EXAMINATION HALL
BRING YOUR ORIGINAL CNIC OR PASSPORT AND ADMISSION CERTIFICATE. WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS YOU

WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO APPEAR IN THE TEST.
Candidates are provisionally admitted in the Test/Examination. Eligibility of the candidates in terms of Recruitment Rules

and the advertised conditions shall be determined after the conduct of Professional/Screening Test/Examination.
On detailed scrutiny of documents if found ineligible your candidature will be rejected irrespective of the fact whether
3 you have appeared in the examination/test or even qualified therein. Therefore, make sure before appearing in the
examination/test that you are eligible in all respects for the post(s),applied for.
Admission certificates alongwith syllabus/subjects are displayed on the website of FPSC separately for each post. In case
4 you are a candidate for more than one post, check scheduled date and time properly and in case of any clash, contact FPSC
Islamabad or it's nearest provincial/ regional office immediately.
5 NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF CENTRE WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
6 You should bring your black ball pen. (use of Pointer/ Ink Pen/ Gel Pen are strictly prohibited)
7 Clip board is allowed.
8 No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test.
9 For use of calculator, Follow the instruction given in the syllabus available on FPSC website for the relevant post/subject.
10 Bringing in Arms Ammunition, Explosive Material etc., in the Examination Hall is strictly prohibited.
11 Come in proper dress, shorts are not allowed.
The Commission reserves the right to interview any number of candidates at the top of the merit list drawn against each

post on the basis of written examination/test.
