Daily Writing Routine (15–20 Minutes)

This routine is designed to train your brain like a workout. Writing daily on a blank sheet helps you
boost creativity, improve focus, and discover more about yourself.

1. Brain Dump (3 minutes)

Write everything that’s on your mind. Don’t edit or judge — just let your thoughts flow freely. This
clears mental clutter.

2. Gratitude List (2 minutes)

Write down 3–5 things you are grateful for today. Be specific and detailed.

3. Self-Discovery Prompt (5 minutes)

Answer a question like: ‘What makes me feel most alive?’ or ‘If failure didn’t exist, what would I try
today?’

4. Idea Generation (5 minutes)

Choose a topic (e.g., money, goals, invention). Write at least 10 ideas quickly, without worrying if
they are good or bad.

5. Affirmations & Visualization (5 minutes)

Write 2–3 positive affirmations (e.g., ‘I am disciplined and focused’). Then, write a short paragraph
imagining yourself already living your dream life.

Total Time: 15–20 minutes daily. Consistency matters more than perfection — treat it like a mental
gym session.
