Overall, there are 10 stages in this procedure, starting with growing the cacao trees in many
different areas and ending with the inner part squeezed anf then liquid chocolate is produced
In the first ten stages, the cacao trees was grown. When the pods are ripe and red, they are
harvested, and cut open white cacao beans are collected . In the next step, the white beans
are fermented by banana leaves and spread, dried by sunlight.. After that, they are put into
large sacks and transported by train or lorry to the factory.
Following this, the beans are roasted at 350 degrees. In the next stage,
the beans go through a machine where the outer shells are removed and
the beans are crushed. At the end of this process, the inner parts of the
beans are pressed by a roller, and finally, liquid chocolate is produced.
