Storage and Shelf-life

Shelf-life is 21 months from date of production in

unexpected failure of the product or of the
packaging.

Packaging
 Covering capillary cracks and fine holes on concrete surfaces
Is supplied in:
Applications or mortar.
 Bag of 12 kg
 Used in applications which required thickness up to 3 mm.
 Used for repair & compromise the horizontal & vertical
surfaces.
 Surfaces must be clean free of laitance, oil, grease and loose particles.
 Prepare & clean all surfaces by suitable Mechanical means such as (abrasive blast cleaning) or
Equivalent to ensure surfaces smoothing.
 Pour water in given quantity (3.2 liters of water per 21 kg powder) in a clean container and free of any
other materials and then add the INSUREP FINISH while mixing continuously with flipping of about 3-2
Minutes the desired application consistency can be obtained.
Directions for
 Can be applied by putty trowel on the prepared surfaces.

 Maximum required thickness per layer is up to 3 mm.
 The product should be used no more than 01 minutes after the water mixing process. When a temporary
Drying action occurs; no additional water must be used, only re-flipping it again to restore the mixture.
 Do not commence any coat or any other product on the surface until final set has been reached (typically 12
hours).
 It’s recommended to use the product after 3 weeks from putting the rendering, not before that.
 Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
 High bonding with all concrete surfaces.
 Allows water vapor permeability and less shrinkage.
