1.

Opening Introduction (Confident & Professional)

“Good morning Sir/Madam,
First of all, thank you for giving me your valuable time.
We are a manufacturer and global exporter of disposable surgical products from India. We specialize
in high-quality disposable syringes including Insulin, Luer Lock, and Luer Slip variants in multiple
sizes.”

2. About Your Manufacturing & Strength

“Our manufacturing unit operates under strict quality control standards with advanced production
lines and sterile packaging systems.
We ensure:
• Medical-grade raw materials
• Fully automatic assembly lines
• 100% quality inspection
• Safe, sterile, export-standard packing
Our focus is consistent quality and long-term partnerships — not just price competition.”

3. Global Presence (Very Important – Speak With Confidence)

“Currently, we are supplying our products globally.
We have active markets in:
• Vietnam
• Kazakhstan
• Jamaica
• Brazil
• Nigeria
• And other emerging markets
Our repeat orders from these countries prove our product reliability and competitive pricing.”

4. Why They Should Work With You

“What makes us different:
1. Direct manufacturer pricing
2. Stable bulk supply capacity
3. Export documentation support
4. Custom branding / private labeling options
5. Competitive FOB pricing with strong distributor margins
We understand international regulatory requirements and provide proper documentation for smooth
import clearance.”

5. Engage the Buyer (Important)

“At this stage, I would like to understand your current sourcing pattern.
• Are you currently importing from China or another country?
• What is your monthly consumption volume?
• Are you looking for better pricing or better quality?”
(Always ask questions — this builds trust and control in the meeting.)

6. Strong Closing Statement

“We are not here just to sell once.
We are looking to build a long-term supply partnership with you. If you share your required
specifications and quantities, I will personally ensure you receive our best commercial offer.”

If Buyer Asks: “What is your price?”

Step 1 – Don’t Jump Immediately
Say:
“Sure Sir, price depends on quantity and specification. May I know your required size and expected
monthly volume?”
This does 3 things:
• You look professional
• You avoid underquoting
• You understand his buying capacity

Step 2 – Then Give Range (Not Exact First)

You can say:
“For example, for 3ml Luer Lock syringe, our ex-factory price generally ranges between USD ___ to
___ depending on volume.”
Always say “depending on volume.”
Never lock yourself too early.

Step 3 – If He Says “Show Me Your Price List”

Then you say confidently:
“Yes Sir, I have the detailed sheet here. Let me walk you through the pricing structure.”
See the difference?
Wrong: “Please look into the sheet.”
Correct: “Let me walk you through the pricing.”
You stay in control.

Very Important Psychology

In business meetings:
Price should come AFTER value.
So before telling price, remind him:
• We are manufacturer
• We export to Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Jamaica, Brazil, Nigeria
• We focus on stable quality
• We offer long-term supply
Then price sounds justified.

If He Says: “China is cheaper”

Say calmly:
“Yes Sir, China is competitive in pricing. But our focus is consistent quality, stable supply, and long-
term partnership. Slight price difference is justified by reliability and after-sales support.”
Never criticize China aggressively.
