-Every House Officer has to bring his/her own stamp, BP Apparatus, Pulse
Ox, Glucometer and Stethoscope.
-In OPD and ward admissions, every HO has to bring BP Apparatus and
glucometer.
-In Trauma and Bay every chart should be filled by HO (including biodata,
drug allergy, blood group, signature of doctor and attendant on first page;
detailed history in the chart countersigned and stamped by PGR).
-In MTDS all notes should be written on chart and countersigned by PGR.
Discharge slips should be signed and stamped by HO and PGR.
-No MLC case should be discharged without sign and stamp of PGR.

OPERATION THEATRE PROTOCOLS
All House Officers posted in OPERATION THEATRE must strictly
adhere to OT dress and hygiene protocols.
The FOLLOWING attire is Mandatory:
Proper OT Kit/scrubs
Head fully covered with an OT cap
Face mask worn all times inside OT
Dedicated OT Shoes ,to be used EXCLUSIVELY within the OT
NO SHOE COVERS on casual shoes are permitted inside OT
under any circumstances
These measures are essential for maintaining sterility and ensuring patient safety.
COMPLIANCE IS EXPECTED FROM ALL OFFICERS.
HOUSE OFFICER BED DISTRIBUTION ROSTER
It is must for all HOs to document round in HO Round register.
All investigations, calls and blood transfusion should be
documented in respective register along with sign and stamp
of HO on register.
On ER days HOs will cover beds of their respective
counterpart HOs (as mentioned in covering pair).
No bed should be left unseen by HO (otherwise fine will be
imposed to both HOs of pair).
Only 2 casual leaves are allowed/month with replacement. No
leave will be allowed on wed and sat.
No leave will be allowed on text messages without approval,
leaves should be written and get signed.
