Take inventory of your current situation

Before you begin this exercise take the 16 personality test: ​Here

● Vision
○ Did you envision and plan your life exactly how it is today? If not, how do you
believe you got to where you are today?

● Identity
○ How would you describe yourself?

○ How would your friends and family describe you? Do you live up to that?

○ What kind of person are you?


■ I am someone that…
○ Do you consider yourself an introvert or extrovert? Why or why not?

○ What are the 2 most important things in your life?

● Beliefs & Values


○ Do you believe you’re responsible for your current situation? Why or why
not?

○ How do you feel about money?

○ What do you believe about yourself? (ie. - skills, capabilities, etc)

○ How do you determine whether something is right or wrong?

○ What’s important to you in your life? (ie. values - ​respect, family, freedom etc​)
● Capabilities
○ What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do you know?

○ What specific skills do you have that can help you in your agency?

○ How do you see skills and capabilities? Do you believe some people just have
it and some don’t? Or do you believe anyone can learn any skill and become
proficient? Why or why not?

● Behaviors
○ Do I follow through and do what I say?

○ Where do I lack commitment?

○ What behaviors have contributed to my current situation?

○ How do you decide when to take action on something?

○ How is your current environment?

○ How supportive is your family and friends of what you’re doing?
