RE: COMPLAIN FOR POLICE OFFICES MS KAGENDO

On …..day of May 2026, I was arrested at my house in Nkubu by police


officers attached to your station . The Police Officer who was investigating
my case was the above named police officer i.e ms…Kagendo . I spent the
whole weekend at the police station and was released on Monday.

REASON FOR ARREST


The reason for my arrest was that I stole or added the stealing of a cylinder
gas which belonged to my ..by the name ms…………..

The said cylinder gas was not found in my house but in another house which
belonged to my neighbor . On the same day which my …alleges I stole her
cylinder gas, I was busy at my business which is situated beyond D-spot
restaurant.

History of the ..problem with my aunt

I used to work for my aunt as her house help for years . I did my work
diligently and no issue or any complains to any police station was made
during my tenure

After I left my work at my aunts hosehold I opened a small business for


selling eggs , tea and chapatis with my savings and loan from my friends and
other …

My business prospered and since my aunts business was around mine she
started accusing me of many unfolded allegations which had no legal basis .
She started using the named police officer of arresting and intimaditing me.

Facts of the matter

The aunt later revealed as per the police officer that if the said cylinder gas
was stolen by same men who are unknown for me

Then said police officer later forced me to change my earlier statement


under …so that I could be released

I agreed since I had suffered a lot, mentally and was also sick so that I could
be released
Once I changed my statement they requested for Ksh…………….so that I
could be released . I could not afford that kind of amount of money but
managed to raise Ksh ………………..which I paid.

The police officer told me it was a cash bail to secure my release and gave
me a small paper to indicate the same but never allowed me to sign the
same paper for the cash bail

After a two days the police officer later summoned me and demanded I gave
her the piece of paper indicating the cash bail which I did.

She told me once I paid the balance of Ksh…………..of the total amount
demanded she would give me the piece of paper.

I raise this complain because of the below issues

1. No evidence places me at the scene of crime


2. No evidence puts me or indicates I was involved in the said offence
3. There are cameras in those buildings to show that I was at the material
time at my business premises
4. How comes the same police officer always ntimadates me and
investigates my cases involving my aunt and my self?
5. There most be coordinated effort and ….between my aunt and the
police officer to intimidate me through arrest and ..to cripple and my
business
6. My evidence presented for any criminal case must be proven beyond
reasonable doubt
7. If any cash bail which was demanded from me . I should have been
presented to a court of law within 24 hours where I could argue my
case
8. Injustice has been made to me and the reason for this complain
