Shift-wise Daily Health Routine

■ Morning Shift (e.g. 6 AM – 2 PM)


- Night before: Sleep by 9–10 PM.
- Morning: Wake up early, light breakfast (oats, fruits, eggs).
- During shift: Carry healthy snacks + drink water.
- After shift (2–3 PM): Lunch, then short nap (30–60 min).
- Evening: Light walk/exercise, dinner before 8 PM.
- Sleep: Prepare for early sleep again.

■ Night Shift (e.g. 10 PM – 6 AM)


- Before shift: Sleep 1–2 hours in the evening (nap around 6–8 PM).
- During shift: Light meals, keep hydrated, avoid too much coffee after 2–3 AM.
- After shift (morning): Eat light breakfast, use blackout curtains/eye mask, sleep 6–7 hours.
- Evening: Light activity/stretching, dinner, then short nap before next shift.

■■ Afternoon Shift (e.g. 2 PM – 10 PM)


- Morning: Wake up naturally, do exercise or walk.
- Breakfast + early lunch: Healthy meal before shift.

- After shift (10–11 PM): Light dinner, avoid heavy/spicy food.
- Sleep: Go to bed by midnight, wake up around 8 AM.
