Slide 1-2: Introduction (Kunal)

Good morning respected faculty and my dear friends. Today we are presenting our project titled
'Sahayta Setu Portal – Connecting Citizens with Government Schemes.' This project focuses on
creating a centralized digital platform where users can easily access various government schemes.
The main idea is to reduce confusion and provide all information at one place. In this seminar, we
will explain the objective, features, technologies, and impact of our portal.

Slide 3-4: Overview & Objectives (Mayank)

Our main objective is to develop a centralized web portal that allows users to search and explore
government schemes easily. We analyzed around 30 schemes across different categories. The
portal aims to improve awareness, accessibility, and simplify the search process. It covers sectors
like education, health, employment, and agriculture, helping students, farmers, women, and job
seekers.

Slide 5-6: Before & After / Challenges (Nikhil)

Before this portal, users had to search multiple websites, which was time-consuming and confusing.
After our solution, all schemes are available in one place. During development, we faced
challenges such as collecting accurate data, managing multiple categories, database connection,
and organizing schemes efficiently. We continuously improved our system through feedback and
corrections.

Slide 7-8: Features & Technologies (Dishank)

Our portal provides category-based browsing, quick search functionality, and a user-friendly
interface. It includes informative descriptions of schemes. For development, we used HTML, CSS,
JavaScript for frontend, Python and [Link] for backend, and MongoDB for database. We also
used tools like WordPress, VS Code, GitHub, and AI-based design tools.

Slide 9-11: Impact, Future Scope & Conclusion (Krishna)

The portal provides easy access to government schemes, saves time, and increases awareness
among citizens. In the future, we plan to integrate AI chatbot support, mobile applications,
notifications, and personalization features. To conclude, Sahayta Setu Portal simplifies access to
government schemes, improves awareness, and provides a user-friendly experience. Thank you for
your attention. We hope this project contributes towards digital inclusion and better accessibility for
all citizens.
