TOPIC: Talk about a job you may
do after you finish school
After I finish university and successfully complete my teaching qualifications, the
career I most hope to pursue is that of an English teacher.
I would be absolutely delighted if I could work at Nguyen Thong High School,
which is the school where I am currently a student. My wish to come back here
isn't just because I know the school well, but mostly because I want to give
something back to the place that first made me love English.
My choice to be a teacher comes purely from my passion for education, rather
than financial gain. While salary is certainly a factor in any career, my main
motivation is the satisfaction of helping students unlock their potential and
seeing their improvement day by day.
Regarding my future colleagues, I’m excited to work closely with the experienced
teachers in the English department. I think I can learn a lot from their skills and
help build a friendly, supportive team there.
Honestly, I am working for passion, not pay and I like the satisfaction of helping
young people grow is much, much more valuable to me than a large paycheck.
It’s truly something I feel called to do, not just a regular job.
To make this dream a reality, I am acting now.
First, I must get high scores to secure a spot at a reputable University of
Education. Second, I am actively improving my communication and presentation
skills. By focusing on both my academics and practical skills now, I am paving the
way to one day become a teacher right here at Nguyen Thong. This career is truly
a calling for me.
