Balanced Daily Routine for Productivity +

Household Work
■ Morning (6:00–9:00 AM) – Fresh Mind = Best Study
• 6:00 – 6:15 → Wake up, wash, drink water
• 6:15 – 6:45 → Light exercise / walk
• 6:45 – 7:30 → Morning study (Quant/Reasoning)
• 7:30 – 8:30 → Cook breakfast + prepare lunch
• 8:30 – 9:00 → Eat, clean kitchen, refresh

■ Late Morning (9:00–12:30) – Deep Study Zone


• 9:00 – 11:00 → Main Study Session #1
• 11:00 – 11:15 → Break
• 11:15 – 12:30 → Session #2 (Mocks / practice)

■■ Afternoon (12:30–3:30) – Light Tasks


• 12:30 – 1:00 → Lunch
• 1:00 – 1:30 → Cleaning + chores
• 1:30 – 2:30 → Light Study (Revision/news)
• 2:30 – 3:30 → Rest / Power nap

■ Evening (3:30–7:00) – Second Study Peak


• 3:30 – 5:00 → Study Session #3
• 5:00 – 5:30 → Tea break + walk

• 7:00 – 7:45 → Cook dinner
