1. Objective
This policy outlines the eligibility, entitlements, and reimbursement process for employees who
are required to relocate from one Office location (within India) to another due to a transfer
initiated by the Company. It also specifies the applicable conditions regarding reimbursement
and salary increments.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all permanent employees of the Company who are required to relocate to
a new office location within India as part of an official transfer, office relocation, or
organizational restructuring.
3. Eligibility
• The policy applies only to Company-initiated relocations across states within India.
• Employees serving notice period, on probation, or under disciplinary action will not be
eligible.
4. Reimbursement Coverage
The following expenses shall be reimbursable subject to submission of valid bills and prior
approval from the HR Department:

Note: All reimbursements shall be made only after submission of original invoices/bills within 30
days of relocation.

5. Non-Reimbursable Items
• Brokerage, lease deposits, or advance rent for new accommodation
• Any other personal expenses during travel or stay
• Any unapproved or undocumented expenditure
6. Relocation Timeline
• Employees are expected to report to the new location as per agreed upon date from
the company.
• Any delay must be communicated and approved by HR in writing.
7. Retention and Service Period
• All relocation and reimbursement benefits are provided under the condition that the
employee continues to be continuously employed with the Company for a minimum of 1
year from the date of relocation.
• If the employee resigns or separates (for any reason other than company-initiated
separation) before completing 1 year, the entire relocation reimbursement shall be
recovered from the full and final settlement.
8. Impact on Increment and Other Benefits
• Employees who relocate shall remain eligible for regular annual increments as per
Company policy.
• If employee resigns or separates before completion of 1 year post relocation, any other
benefit as a part of relocation shall be recovered from Full & Final settlement.
9. Approval and Administration
• All reimbursements and relocation requests must be approved in advance by the
Management and HR.
• HR shall maintain all records of reimbursements and ensure compliance with this policy.
