Introduction / Scope of SPSS
IBM SPSS Statistics is a statistical software used for data analysis, visualization, and
interpretation. It supports descriptive and inferential statistics.
Bar Graph
Bar graph was created to show frequency distribution of car colors using SPSS. Red was
most frequent.
Pie Chart
Pie chart shows distribution of education levels (SEE, +2, Diploma). +2 had highest
percentage.
Descriptive Statistics
Mean, median, mode, standard deviation, variance, skewness and kurtosis were calculated
for age and weight.
Scatter Diagram
A scatter plot between X and Y shows a strong negative linear relationship.
Correlation
Pearson correlation (-0.929) shows strong negative relationship between X and Y.
Mean Comparison
Fertilizer levels significantly affect production with strong eta value (0.970).
Box Plot
Box plot shows GPA comparison between male and female students. Females have slightly
higher median GPA.
One Way ANOVA
Significant difference exists between fertilizer groups (p = 0.007).
Graph
Bar chart shows distribution of car colors in dataset.
Regression
Linear regression shows significant relationship between X and Y with R² = 0.862.
T-Test
Paired t-test shows significant improvement in marks after training.
Two Way ANOVA
No significant effect of fertilizer type on plot yield (p = 1.000).
