Session Script -TKD_2025
A very good morning to Everyone!
On behalf of IEEE Technicoknockdown2025(TKD-25), I Tanusha Mahakal welcome
you all for the 6th session of technical paper presentation in 6th virtual national
level student conference IEEE TKD-25. The IEEE TKD-2025 is organized by the
department of Electronics &Telecommunication Engineering, Sinhgad institute of
technology lonavala, supported by student branches of IEEE SIT-SB and IETE -ISF,
SIT Lonavala. The IEEE TKD-25 is technically sponsored by IEEE Bombay section
and IETE, Pune center
The theme for today’s conference is “Smart Village Better Place For Better
Tomorrow”.
Now I take the Privilege to welcome our honorable chair for today’s session Dr.
Mrs. Rutuja A. Deshmukh and session in charge Mrs. Pallavi. S. Mhetre.
Now Let me introduce our session chair for todays session
Dr. Mrs. Rutuja A. Deshmukh is graduated in Electronics
and Telecommunication Engineering from Raisoni College
of Engineering, Nagpur (MS) India in 2009 and received
Masters from Rashtra Sant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur
University in 2011. She was awarded PhD. in Signal
Processing .She has teaching experience of 15 years. From
2010 to 2012 she was working as a assistant professor at
Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur.
From 2013 she is associated with D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi Pune
and presently she is working as Associate Professor and Head of Department in
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. She is an IEEE member, Life
Member of ISTE. She has published one book, 15 Journal papers in indexed and
reputed Journals (Springer, Elsevier, IEEE etc.) and 6 papers in IEEE conference s.
She is reviewer of international journals (Springer, Elsevier, IEEE, Communication
society etc.) and conferences organized by IEEE. She has worked as session chair
for various IEEE conferences and also organized IEEE conference in 2025. She has
worked on various committees at University and College. Her research interests are
in signal processing, VLSI, Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Moving further to begin with session, I would request our Session chair and
session in charge for the permission to start the presentation of the papers.

Before we start the session I would like to communicate the rules for the
presentation
Only one/two members from the group will present and answers can be
given by all.
Time allocated for presentation is 15 Mins, out of which 12 mins for the
actual presentation and 3 mins for Q&A
You will be notified after 10mins and you need to conclude in next 2 min
If you are unable to present the paper due to technical issue, you need to
send the video recording of your presentation.
Certificate will be issued to presenter and the participants Of Presented
Papers only.
Participants are not allowed to leave the meet unless and until the complete
session gets over or else the partcipants will not be issued with the
certificate.
The feedback form will be released right after the session is over and will be
valid up to 10 mins.
