Describing Linear Vector
Describing Diagonal Vector
General Rules in Finding
1. Vectors in the same direction are added and subtracted if in opposite direction.
2. Vectors acting at a right angle triangle with each other – use Pythagorean theorem
for the magnitude and SOH, CAH, TOA for the direction.
3. Vectors acting at an right angle not equal to 90 degrees use law of cosine for
magnitude and law of sine for direction.
