A disciplined, sustainable, and practical study routine designed for an SSC CGL aspirant in the
beginner-to-intermediate phase. The focus is on consistency, PYQ practice, revision, and gradual score improvement.

Time Task Focus

6:00 – 6:30 AM Wake Up & Freshen Up Avoid phone usage. Hydrate and prepare mentally.

6:30 – 8:30 AM Quant Practice Arithmetic basics, PYQs, formula revision, mistake notebook.

8:30 – 9:00 AM Breakfast & Break Short refreshment break.

9:00 – 10:30 AM English Practice Grammar, vocabulary, idioms, comprehension, PYQs.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM General Awareness Modern History, Polity, Geography, Science, Current Affairs.

1:00 – 2:00 PM Lunch & Rest Relax and recharge without excessive scrolling.
