SECTION A – VERY SHORT ANSWERS

1. A soft drink costs ₹75. GST is 12%. Find the bill amount.

2. A refrigerator costs ₹24,000 and GST is 28%. Find the total amount the consumer pays.

3. Find the amount for ₹1,200 invested at 5% p.a. for 2 years compounded annually.

4. Find the compound interest on ₹900 for 1 year at 10% p.a. compounded half-yearly.

5. A restaurant bill including 5% GST amounts to ₹2,450. Find the GST charged.
