About Role:
We are looking for a budding Python developer who is seeking to work on business-critical
projects and acquire relevant experience.

Skills:
• Django
• Rest Api Services
• Python
• Flask
• SQL
• OOPS

Responsibilities:
• To develop Python Back-end Applications for data storage, data retrieval and
Processing.
• Understand the product requirements and implement them as per specifications.
• Develop efficient, reusable, and reliable Python-based web service features.
• Build RESTful APIs and work with front-end developers for integration.
• Improve the functionality of existing systems and optimize the performance.
• Research new tools/technologies/processes and adopt them in work.

Requirements
• Understanding of building web applications in Python-based web frameworks such as
Django, Flask. REST API experience preferred.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Bitbucket, Git.
• Have great problem-solving skills and have a knack for writing clean Python code.
• Deep understanding of OOPS and software engineering principles.
• Strong Familiarity with databases: relational DBs, NoSQL DBs, and Big Data.
• Understanding of fundamentals behind a secure and scalable application.
• Familiarity with cloud such as AWS and microservices is an advantage.
• Very Good Proficiency on writing Applications using Python.
• Well-organized team player with the ability to multi-task, act individually, and think
creatively.

Training Compensation
The compensation for the first 3 months shall be INR 8,000 per month. Based on the performance,
it shall be increased to INR 10,000 per month for the final 3 months.

Post Training
Upon successful completion of the PET program, should your performance meet the company’s
expectation, you shall be absorbed into the software team as a Junior Engineer, and you will be
expected to enter into a mandatory forty-two-months employment agreement. Your
remuneration for Junior engineer role shall be provided based on industry standards.
